We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Sturgeon Valley Storage. My name is Sam, and along with my partner Holmann, we are thrilled to be taking over the management and operations of this facility effective immediately.
First and foremost, we want to reach out personally to thank you for your continued tenancy. You are the reason this facility thrives, and we look forward to building a great relationship with each and every one of you.
What does this mean for you? In short — nothing changes right away. Your rental agreement, your stall number, your monthly rate, and your access remain exactly as they are. We are committed to a smooth, seamless transition with zero disruption to your storage.
